Beth Ketema

Beth Ketema is a lecturer in oral health at Auckland University of Technology (AUT). Her research focuses on improving access to oral health services for the Ethiopian refugee community in Aotearoa. She is currently investigating the translation and validation of internationally recognised oral health questionnaires for Amharic-speaking Ethiopian refugees. Beth also serves as a member of the New Zealand Refugee Advisory Panel (2025–2027).
